BIOSAN PST-Series memiliki beberapa seri yaitu, PST-60HL-4 dan PST-100HL. Alat ini didesain untuk mengocok dan mengatur panas dua 96-piringan mikro standar.

Dengan basis multisistem yang dimiliki BIOSAN PST-Series, sesuai dengan manfaat dari Thermo-shaker yang membuatnya dapat dikerjakan dalam tiga alat secara terpisah, yaitu

  •  Inkubator
  •  Microplate shaker;
  •  Thermo-shaker

Fitur yang dimiliki BIOSAN PST-Series berbeda dari yang lainnya adalah dipatenkan oleh perusahaan Two-Side Microplates Heating, dimana alat ini memungkinkan untuk mendapatkan koresponden penuh dari set dan temperatur yang aktual pada piringan mikro.

Thermo-shaker memberikan peningkatan suhu hingga 60°C, dimana cocok untuk menjalankan Uji enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) atau juga dikenal sebagai enzym immunoassay (EIA) adalah teknik biokimia yang digunakan terutama pada imunologi untuk mendeteksi keberadaan antibodi atau antigen dalam sampel. Uji ELISA banyak dipakai oleh laboratorium untuk mendiagnosis penyakit, seperti penyakit infeksius, penyakit hormonal, penyakit kanker, dan lain-lain. Keunggulan metodologi ELISA adalah test ini bisa mengukur antigen atau antibodi dalam sample secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.

Fungsi Kalibrasi Temperatur

Dengan bantuan fungsi kalibrasi temperatur, pengguna dapat mengkalibrasi unit hingga ±6% dari temperatur yang dipilih untuk menggantikan perbedaan pada suhu thermal pada piringan dari manufaktur yang berbeda.

PST-60HL

Plate Thermo–Shakers are designed for shaking and thermostating 2 standard 96–well microplates.

A multisystem principle, used in design of the Thermo–Shaker, allows operating it as 3 independent devices:

  • Incubator;
  • Microplate shaker;
  • Thermo–Shaker.

A distinctive feature of Biosan Plate Thermo–Shakers is the patented by the company Two–Side Microplates Heating, which allows to achieve full correspondence of the set and actual temperature in the microplate wells.

Thermo-shaker provides heating up to 60°C, which is sufficient for carrying out ELISA tests.

Plate Shaker–Thermostat provides:

  • Soft or intensive sample shaking
  • Rotation speed regulation, stabilization and indication
  • Even rotation amplitude throughout the Thermo-Shaker platform
  • Required operation time setting and indication
  • Automatic stopping of the platform movement after expiration of the set time
  • Setting and indication of the required temperature on the platform
  • Automatic fault diagnostics (temperature sensor, platform heating, lid heating etc.)
