The NanoPhotometer N120 is the latest UV spectrophotometer from Implen which is, surely, more sophisticated because it is the advanced version of Implen NanoPhotometer NP80. This time, the N120 version is a nanovolume spectrophotometer with 12 Point Technology™ which provides up to 12 samples in a single run (multi-sample windows)! Since the 12 Point Technology™ can minimize errors as much as possible, it makes this instrument safer to use. With spectrum scan ranging between 200-900 nm and fixed path lengths 1 and 0.125 mm, and also the nanovolume detection ranging from 2-8,000 ng/µl for nucelotide samples and 0.06-230 mg/ml for BSA samples, NanoPhotometer N120 can measure samples with volume up to 2 µl (minimum) precisely. With that much amount of volume in a single run, it can even process faster, which is up to 1.7 seconds per sample!
Besides that, the additional battery that can be installed optionally can make this instrument last longer. Not to forget that it is also notably a very practical and portable spectrophotometer.
